It is ok to feel discouraged. Sometimes, when I feel that I pat myself on the back and think positively for example, there are million nurses at every corner of this world have done many thing to come and work in the US. There are not a superhero or superwoman from outer space, there are not better or wiser than us but one thing that I have seen is they go all out. If somebody can do it you why don't you?

From my experience, I hate to say that Thai nurse are better than other foreign nurses. It is possible that not only we have inborn compassion but we have outstanding nursing schools and exceptional teachers as well.

By the way, That you feel sad and anxious means you want to achieve you goal. This is a good thing. It makes you keep up. At least you know what you want in our life and you have the goal to be reached.

You know what, I have seen many people who don't either know or have a goal in their life. Some of them live their live without purpose. Some of them keep being dreamy with"out taking any action but we are not, we have dream, we have hope and it is coming along.

Naeng you are making headway. Look at me, I don't care how hard it is or I don't mind what many tasks need to be done. I just do it, do it, do it. If you feel overwhelmed,it is OK to break down and cry or slow down for a while but don't quit or turn back forever.

I want to let you know that working as RN and living over here is the life's reward. Nursing career in the US is something incredible. Many nurses can realize their dream easier. It depend on what their dream are. For me. I work hard and get paid after that I enjoy my life that is the dream that be reached. I could not be happier.

i know that it is not easy for you, the bottom line is being optimistic and moving forward. As long as today you do it better than yesterday that is enough Naeng. Just do your best now don't worry about tomorrow.

By the way, I still have the wallet that you gave me,remember. It reminds me that there are nurses following my foot steps and I want to encourage them and keep my fingers cross. I am positive that Sooner or later they gonna reach their dream. Naeng, you are gonna be one of them.
