TOEFL ibt overall 83 but speaking 26 if you can get
it,you are almost native speaker.
Another English test is IELT overall6.5speaking7 ,
All pronurses who are now working in USA and get Green Card approved in Bangkok ,They cannot pass TOEFL speaking,but pass IELTS speaking7 .
We cannot sponsor you Immigrant visa if you donot
pass NCLEX.Consular processing for Green Card
takes 8-24 months to be approved,You must study
IELTS intensively while you are waiting for your Green Card to be approved.
If you are lucky,your Green card approved in
8 months and your English isnot passed,you will
have time 12 months to pass it.If you pass English
when GreenCard approved,you will wait for the interview at US embassy and ready to fly to USA
approximately within 6 months.
Immigrant visa processing is first come first serve,
without NCLEX,we can do nothing.
If you wait until you can pass both TOEFL and NCLEX,you will get Green Card approval far behind the one who pass NCLEX only and do Green Card processing right away.
Applying for NCLEX takes 6 months.
