H1B visa for foreign nurses is impossible.USCIS has established guideline to give H1B visa for foreign nurse.because you don't have US.experience you cannot get a job offer in
manager position to fit with H1B visa.
Anyway you must pass English at required level and get visa screen certificate to interview forH1B (Temporary working visa for professional)at US embassy.H1B visa is good for 3 years.
Nurse and Her immidiate famlly(husband and children) can get Immigrant Visa(Green Card)
to live and work in USA permanently if she pass NCLEX-RN and IELTS academic 6.5 speaking7
or TOEFL ibt 83 Speaking 26.This Process take
12-36 months depending on Nurse ability.
Anyone who already passed NCLEX and got B1visa,
please donot go to USA,if your english is not near
the required score (IELTS academic 6.5 speaking7
or TOEFL ibt 83 Speaking 26).You will get
the deny letter from immigration and you must go back home.
