One stop services for Thai Nurses to live and work in USA.

All B1-B2 applicants must be able to prove that you will come back to Thailand ( even you don't want to come back), they will assume all visa applicants want to go work and live in USA both legal or illegal status, that why they have a law for nurses to get visascreen to work here, they need nurses but they have to screen nurses before they let them in, if you want to go travel in USA you must prove that you are a real tourist
- Have you ever traveled in other countries? If not why do you want to go USA?
- Do you have stable income job in Thailand? You can say that you are a nurse but don't forget nursing job in USA making more money.
- Can you prove that you will come back to Thailand? If you are single they will think you have no tie with your country.
- Do you have enough money in your bank statement? I mean enough to travel in peroid of time you mentioned.
- They don't care who sponsor you but they care about who you are.
- They have record that most of nurses who get visa never come back to Thailand. Most of them tried to stay permanently.
- RN is the only one who will get green card easily but you must follow the rule.
- If you mentioned you have friends or family in USA, they will assume that you might try to stay with them permanently.
- They let that Thai doctor to come USA because they knew he will come back because he's going to USA alone and still has wife waiting for him in Thailand, plus working as a doctor in USA is not easy for oversea doctor.
- USA is not a poor country, they don't care about tourism, but they care about safety.
Anyway I'm not working in US embassy but I know the way it works.

To khun fff, there is no law stating that muslim nurses have no right to get visa screen, before they grant you a green card or work permit, they have processes to determine whether they will issue one for you. best luck.

ตั้งใจไปเที่ยวค่ะ เลยขอ visa นักท่องเที่ยว passport ก็ไปเที่ยว โซน asia หลายประเทศ book bank ก็ show ประมาณ 2 แสน ใบรับรองงานและเงินเดือนก็มีมากพอสมควร เพือ่นที่ไปขอด้วยกัน ทำงาน bank ได้ 10 ปี ของดิฉันไม่ผ่าน เหตุผล b214 ไม่ผูกพันธ์กับประเทศ ถูกสันนิษฐานจะเข้าไปอยู่ถาวร ของเพื่อนไม่ขอดู book bank ด้วย ก็ผ่าน เค้าคงกีดกันพยาบาลเข้า USA สถานภาพโสด ก็คงเปลี่ยนไม่ได้ ไม่รู้ว่าอะไรถึงจะผูกพันธ์กว่านี้แล้ว หมดสิทธิ เที่ยว USA เลยค่ะ เลยไป ทาง Eroupe แทน ขอทีเดียวก็รู้แล้วว่าอาชีพนี้ ถูกตั้งโปรแกรมห้ามท่องเที่ยว USA
